Description

The Event Promoter is responsible for planning, promoting, and driving attendance and engagement for an event. This role focuses on marketing strategy, audience outreach, and partnerships to ensure the event meets its attendance, revenue, and brand objectives.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive event promotion and marketing strategy

• Identify target audiences and tailor promotional campaigns accordingly

• Manage advertising across digital, print, and social media platforms

• Coordinate with designers, media partners, sponsors, and influencers

• Create and manage promotional content (flyers, press releases, email campaigns, social posts)

• Oversee ticket sales strategies and monitor sales performance

• Organize promotional activities such as launches, previews, and media appearances

• Track marketing metrics and adjust strategies to maximize reach and attendance

• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all promotional channels
